Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 13 August 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NoRecruit.com website and services (“Services”), operated by NoRecruit B.V., headquartered in Utrecht, Netherlands (“NoRecruit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

NoRecruit offers software that assists with candidate sourcing, outreach, and recruitment-related tasks. We do not act as an employer or recruitment agency. All hiring decisions are your sole responsibility.

3. Trial Period

We may offer a trial for new accounts. You may cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

4. Subscription & Billing

Pricing: €249/month for 1 active role; €149/month for each additional active role.
All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Roles can be activated or deactivated month-to-month.
Annual plans, if offered, are subject to separate terms.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and lawful job descriptions, candidate requirements, and outreach instructions.
Ensuring compliance with applicable employment, recruitment, data protection, and anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction.
Screening and verifying any candidate introduced via the Services.

6. No Warranties & “At Your Own Risk”

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

That you will make a hire.
The accuracy or completeness of candidate data.
Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

You use the Services entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or costs resulting from your use of or reliance on the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

NoRecruit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim in connection with the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Confidentiality & Data

We will treat your confidential information with care and only use it as needed to provide the Services.
You grant us a limited license to process data you provide for the purposes of delivering and improving the Services.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or security. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Services unlawfully. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid term.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in advance. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
