We’re NoRecruit, founded in 2025 by Jan-Pieter, Farhad and Arash.

In 2017 we were colleagues at LinkedIns EMEA head quarters in Dublin. For over 20 years combined we have been responsible for building LinkedIn in the EMEA market. We've helped recruiters from small and large companies to effectively use their platform. Our clients kept running into the same challenge: search and outreach eats up time that should go into real conversations.

So we built the AI Recruitment Software we wished recruiters and small business owners already had. It scans roles, finds the right people, and reaches out in a way that feels personal.

The press has called it “a top recruiter in your pocket.” For us, it’s simple: you focus on the interviews, we take care of the search and first touch.
